  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Gelin Diamond packaging, ensuring all certificates and promotional materials are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item for authenticity and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
